Project: Diamond Apartments, Bondi Junction

Details: Collaborate with JPRA Architects and Yvette Philips Interior Design on the electrical design and undertake all electrical construction.

Project: Essence, Double Bay

Details: 38 appointed apartments over two four-storey buildings. Elecity was privileged to work with award-winning architect Tony Leung, known for his innovative and environmentally sensitive designs, and acclaimed designer Sue Carr, on the design and construct of the electrical plan.

Project: Pinnacle Apartments, Miranda

Details: 128 luxury apartments with views to Gymea Bay and the Royal National Park. Elecity collaborated with PBD Architects and award-winning interior architects Turner to design and construct the electrical plan for the entire development.

Project: Radius, Mascot

Details: Elecity worked with Trinity Construction’s in-house design team on the design and construction of the building’s electrical plan.

Project: The Terraces, Turramurra

Details: An exclusive enclave of 10 three- and four-bedroom designer townhouse residences set amongst majestic trees in Sydney’s Upper North Shore. The contemporary residences featured state-of-the-art electrical finishes of the highest quality.

Project: The Lofts II, Homebush

Details: Elecity collaborated with Decode Group on the design and construct of the electrical systems comprising of 142 upmarket residential apartments, two-level car park basement and seven retail outlets.

Project: Aura, Canterbury

Details: Elecity completed the design and construction of the electrical systems of this in-house development consisting of 48 residential apartments, two commercial units and a two-level basement car park including large courtyards and entertaining balconies, and air-conditioning for all residences.

Project: Peony Apartments, Kellyville

Details: Stage 1 of the larger Peony Place master planned community. Located in Western Sydney, the project comprised of 73 apartments over five levels and two buildings. Elecity completed the designs, construction and maintenance of the development.

Project: Via, Gladesville

Details: Elecity completed the design and construction of this six-storey mixed-used development in Gladesville comprising of 31 apartments, seven retail units and three levels of car parking.

Project: Colah Grand, Mount Colah

Details: On the northern outskirts of Sydney, Elecity worked with PSEC Project Services on the design and construct of electrical systems for Colah Grand; an in-house development comprising 94 residential units and a two-level car park basement in surrounding bushland.

Project: Wilton Plaza Shopping Centre, Wilton

Details: Bingara Shopping Centre is part of a plan to sustainably grow the town of Wilton, in Wollondilly Shire, due to its proximity to Wollongong and the proposed new Western Sydney Airport. The development comprises four retail spaces, three food outlets and a medical centre. Electrical design and construct undertaken by Elecity.

Project: Mixed Use Development, Ryde

Details: Located directly across from Top Ryde Shopping Centre, the apartments offer premium finishes throughout. Open living spaces flow out onto northerly alfresco terraces and the units feature expansive bathrooms and bedrooms and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. Electrical design and construct undertaken by Elecity.

Project: Park Vista, Campsie

Details: Electrical design and construct undertaken by Elecity for this two low-rise architectural buildings containing 35 light-filled, contemporary and spacious apartments.

Project: The Lofts III, Homebush

Details: The subsequent phase of The Lofts Project consisting of 102 architecturally designed apartments and three retail shops. Elecity collaborated with Decode Group on the electrical design and construction.
